Q: What area does your service cover?

A: I cover Bryan/College Station and the Brazos Valley area. Mileage charges may apply outside of B/CS.

Q: What happens if a sudden need comes up and I need your services quickly? Can you help me?

A: Generally, I like to meet you and your pets first, but for emergencies, I can meet you as you are on your way out and get the information about your pet. Your pet will be in excellent hands. Just give me a call and we can take that worry away.

Q: When do I pay you and what do you accept as payment?

A: 50% of the anticipated payment is due at the start of service. I will leave an invoice at the last visit showing the total charges and the remainder to be paid. I currently accept cash or checks. If you need to write out a check, please make it out to Justine Brydia.

Q: Can I bring my dog/cat to you so you can watch it?

A: I do not kennel pets. The pet is more relaxed and less stressed if they are at their home.

Q: Where do you keep my key or any other information regarding my house and entry into it?

A: All client information, including copies of the your forms, are kept with Wagging Trails Pet Sitting and are kept completely confidential. Keys to customer premises are coded and kept secured and locked.

Q: How do I get started with your service?

A: Please feel free to call me at (979) 220-9979 to set up a consultation appointment to meet your animals and fill out the required forms. These forms are for your protection and to ensure Wagging Trails Pet Sitting has all of the information to provide the highest quality service. All consultations are free. Customers can easily download and fill out out the forms (see the Forms link on the main menu) prior to the consultation appointment.
